3) Skincare & food suitability (important)

• Skincare: Results vary. Always read the label and directions before use and patch test where appropriate.

• Allergies/dietary needs: You are responsible for checking ingredients and allergen information and ensuring products are suitable for you.

• We do not provide medical advice. If you have concerns, consult a qualified professional before use/consumption.

 

4) Orders

• An order is confirmed once we accept it (e.g., by sending an order confirmation and/or dispatching it).

• We may cancel/refund an order if there is a stock issue, suspected fraud, a pricing error, or other reasonable issue.

5) Prices & currency

Prices are shown in AUD unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time. Any shipping fees and applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Payment must be received in full before we dispatch your order.

7) Shipping destinations (Australia & New Zealand)

 

Incorrect or incomplete address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery, or not collected, we may charge you for any return postage and/or re-delivery costs before reshipping the order.

We ship to Australia and New Zealand. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, weather, or other factors outside our control.

8) Refrigerated / heat-sensitive / perishable items

• Shipping availability and methods depend on the item (including whether it is refrigerated or heat-sensitive).

• We may restrict shipping of certain items to specific locations or shipping services.

• You are responsible for providing a safe delivery address and promptly receiving and storing items according to label instructions.

• We are not responsible for spoilage or damage caused by delays outside our control or failure to promptly receive/store items.

9) Returns & refunds (no change-of-mind)

• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

• Sale/discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned, except where required by law.

Consumer guarantees: Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer laws (including the Australian Consumer Law and relevant New Zealand consumer guarantees). If a product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) as required by law.

10) Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

Discount codes are subject to stated conditions, may be withdrawn at any time, and cannot be exchanged for cash. One code per order unless stated otherwise.
