BeauBasic Shop-Australia generally has a "no return policy" due to the nature of their products and for quality control. All sales are considered final once an order is placed and confirmed.

Key Points:

  • No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges: The company cannot process returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances once an order is final.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact them immediately via email at beaugnp@gmail.com upon receiving your order. They will work with you to resolve the issue, which may involve a replacement or refund.

  • Shipping Costs: Since returns aren't accepted, any shipping costs associated with the original order are non-refundable. If, in rare cases, a return is permitted, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped, and a 10% processing fee will apply. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review all product details and descriptions before making a purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at beaugnp@gmail.com.

RETURNS, REFUND OR EXCHANGE

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products, we do not offer refunds/returns/exchanges on orders once shipped unless products inside the parcel box and individual product boxes are damaged when received.

All products are checked for quality before dispatch, and while we try our best to ensure that the products are delivered to you in perfect condition, products may be damaged in the delivery process. If you receive a box with damaged items inside, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at beaugnp@gmail.com within 14 days, along with photos of the damaged product(s) (damaged box not included as it does not affect the quality of products inside).

Once approved, we will arrange to return your item(s). Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since receiving your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for damaged goods or gift cards.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • We are pleased to provide shipping services throughout Australia via Australian Post.


  • Orders of $120 or more are for complimentary express shipping. For orders under $100, a standard shipping fee of $10.80 or an express shipping fee of $14.20 will apply.


  • Please note that Australian Post can accommodate packages weighing up to 5 kilograms box; therefore, free shipping is applicable only to orders that meet this weight limit and can fit within one large AU Post box.

  • For orders exceeding these specifications, we will reach out to discuss any additional shipping costs. We sincerely appreciate your continued support and understanding as we work to fulfil your needs.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information.
